cyber monday shopping at amazon

i have been waiting for cyber monday for so long at amazon to use the credits that i have earned by working on amazon mturk. this year i was able to earn $59.01. i know that it is not much but it is still something.

my plan was to buy a point and shoot camera. i have decided to purchase Canon PowerShot ELPH 180 Digital Camera w/ Image Stabilization and Smart AUTO Mode (Silver). i was just to add $50.

but i checked my cart, i saw that i have parked Crock-Pot . i wanted the Crock-Pot for so long as well. so i decided to choose another camera that would not cost much. i have researched which camera to buy that will match to the specs that i want. and that camera is HTC Re. it's like a low cost go pro. not the same quality of picture but it will do. so i was able to buy a slow cooker and camera. i also bought mcafee total protection, good for 5 users for 1 year, and gifts for the kids of my best friend who will be shipping the items from us to philippines. i bought them a Lego and Bean Boozled.

i am just thankful for this sale. it just cost me much if i bought it here. i save 70% for my total purchase price.

so if you have family or friends in the us, maybe you could ask them nicely if they include the items you ordered at amazon or any us online shop with their balikbayan box. just remember do not order much, else you should pay for the balikbayan box. and return the favor, buy them some pinoy food or items when they have their vacation here in the philippines.

i just have to wait for my best friend to ship the balikbayan box here in the philippines. i would probably get this items by january next year, february the latest. what's another month or two, i waited longer for the sale to happen.
