Cotton On Post Christmas Haul

Last Christmas, I received some money. So instead of saving it, I ended up spending it. I went to the mall to accompany my sister to do her post-Christmas shopping. It is very rare that I go to mall, that I was too weak to resist the temptation to shop.

So, we entered the Cotton On shop, my initial goal was to window shop only. Cotton On is known for buy 2 for xxxx amount and 50-70% off promos. But I ended up buying four dresses, which is not very wise since I work from home. Oh well, I could not say no to their clearance sale besides I gained weight over the holidays I need to get new clothes. The four dresses I got cost only ₱ 400 or $8 each.

Here are the dresses that I got.
I like the style so much, that I got it in two different colors. The original price of these dresses was ₱ 999 or $ 19.98.

While the original price of these two is ₱ 1399 or $ 27.98

When you are not to dedicated to take care of body, you end up going for styles that hides your unflattering body parts and showing parts that you are confident to be seen. So, as you can see, these dresses tend to show shoulders only. Eating a lot and not exercising equals to not wearing body hugging clothes.

I had two realizations with my post-Christmas haul at Cotton on, those are: live healthy and resist malls to save more. So, what did you do with your Christmas money? Share your thoughts on the comments below.

  1. I haven't been to cotton on in years! Even though I'm fairly thin, being a mom means I do have a bit of a mom tum, so I tend to wear things that are not tight on my tummy! Much prefer to flaunt what I like most! With my Christmas money (well, I didn't really get any haha) but this year actually, I am not buying any clothing from stores, instead I am sewing everything I need (except underwear! Though, I hope to make that too!).

  2. I know what you mean! Every time that I go to Cotton On I end up buying lots of stuff, I just can't help it! But it's nice to treat yourself sometimes and the dresses you picked are all very pretty, so kudos! :)
